摘要
光栅传感器信号处理电路通常比较复杂,该研究在分析光栅计量的辨向、细分原理后提出一种采用PIC16C622单片机为核心的信号处理方案。利用单片机的硬、软件资源,实现了对脉冲信号的整形、辨向、细分和计数译码功能,具有成本低、可靠性高的特点。
Usually the process of dealing with grating signals is complex. A new method based on single-chip microcomputer PIC16C622 is suggested in this paper. With the help of the software and hardware of the single-chip microcomputer, pluses of grating signals can be shaped, interpolated, differentiated, counted and decoded. This new system is lower in price and good in reliability.
