摘要
我国健美操已列入师专体育专业的普修课程。对此,为了培养出适应社会需要,能胜任中、小学健美操教学和训练的合格体育教师,以及教师对教材的选择、教学方法的使用等,本文都作了具体的阐述。
Collisthnics has already become a popular subject for sports specialty in the teacher training school.This paper makes a specific exposition on how to train the sports teachers that are competent at teaching and training collisthenics in the middle schools and primary schools in the future, and the selection of teaching material and teaching method.
