摘要 波长或频率可调谐的半导体激光器在光通信等实际应用领域中有着重要而广泛的应用。文章立足于实际应用,从谐振腔的结构出发,以调谐机理为研究对象,对可调谐半导体激光器进行了分类研究。 The tunable semiconductor lasers are important for a variety of applications such as optical communications. In this paper, different kinds of tunable semiconductor lasers and their tuning mechanisms based on their resonator structures are studied,followed by a conclusion on their tuning properties.
