摘要
直拍正胶是我国乒坛中特有的一种打法,下旋球起极技术又是这种打法的关键技术。通过多年的训练实践和比赛,提出训练方法和一般要求,供同行们参考。
The penholder grip with out- ward pimpled rubber is a special method of table tennis field of our country,andthe bottom spin skill is the key technigue of the method, through trainings and competitions in many years, the author hassummarized the training methods and common requests for the colleagues' reference.
