摘要
采用数字减影（ＤＳＡ） 、支气管动脉栓塞（ＢＡＥ） 为７ 例顽固性大咯血患者止血１ 次成功， 观察７～１５ 个月无复发。在护理工作的密切配合下，保证了手术安全， 防止了并发症的发生。
We have treated serious hemoptysis by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and selective embolization of bronchial artery All 7 cases of refractory serious hemoptysis show sucessful hemostasis at one time,no recurrence during following 7～15 months There are no complication with the help of sucessful nursing
