摘要
为冠心病患者实施各种胸、腹部非心脏手术１８ 例，其中发生围术期心脏并发症６ 例，非心脏并发症７ 例。经合理治疗和有效护理均完全康复。表明作好充分的术前准备和心理护理，加强术后心脏监护、积极处理心律失常，避免和及时消除心绞痛及心肌梗塞的诱因，扩冠药物的应用及合理的呼吸道管理。
Eighteen patients with coronary arteriosclerosis were operated on for their thoracic or abdominal lesions in recent eight years.Six cardiac and seven non cardiac complications happened in all the eighteen patients but they recovered completely under full preoperative prepare and rational nursing.From the result it is concluded that full preoperation preparation,psychological nursing,post roperative cardiac monitoring,positive management of arrhythmia,reducing inductors of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction and respiratory tract management are of significance in preventing patients who received non cardiac surgical procedures with coronary arteriosclerosis from peri operative complications.
