摘要
混凝土防渗墙施工及检测技术研究成果包括:CZF系列冲击反循环钻机及其相应配套机具的研制;形成了完整的冲击反循环成槽工艺;研制了CFJ型超声波混凝土防渗墙槽孔检测仪。这些成果有机地结合,形成了深达80m~100m混凝土防渗墙造孔成套施工技术,并率先在黄河小浪底,长江三峡等防渗墙工程中得到了大规模的应用,解决了我国建造深防渗墙的重大技术难题,并在四川冶勒水电站创造了百米深防渗墙成槽试验新记录,取得了很大的经济效益和社会效益。该项成果的推广应用对加快我国水电建设发展,提高我国高坝施工技术的整体水平具有重要意义。
The study results of the construction and its detection technology of concrete cut off wall include: the development of CZF series percussion counter cycle drill and its auxiliary tools, the complete percussion counter cycle trenching technique and the CFJ type trench detector for concrete cut off wall. Through the organic combination of these results, a whole set of the hole construction of concrete cut off wall with the depth of 80 100 m has been created, which solves the important technical problem of constructing the deep cut off wall in China. This technique has been applied in the cut off walls in the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Project in the Yellow River and in the Three Gorges Project in the Yangtze River. And a new record of trench drilled test for cut off wall with the depth of over 100 m has been created in the Yele Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province, which produces a great economic and social benefits. The popularization and application of this achievement are of important significance for quickening the development of hydropower and enhancing the whole level of the construction technology of high dam in China.
