摘要
从现代篮球运动的发展现状出发,论述了中远距离投篮在篮球运动中的作用和价值,同时提出了进行中远距离投篮的训练要求。
Begining with the existing condition of modern basketball game, this paper discusses the function and the value of the middle and long shot. At the same time the author puts forward the training requirement of middle and long shot.
