摘要
植物能向环境中释放化学物质对另一植物产生影响,这就是植物间的相生相克现象。高等水生植物能够向水体中释放克生化合物,抑制藻类的生长,从而用于富营养化水域的治理。为了阐明高等水生植物释放的抑藻物质到底是何种化合物,研究了凤眼莲提取物对藻类的抑制作用,用GC-MS鉴定出五种抑制化合物,并用抑藻圈实验法、计数法、叶绿素 a法进行检验证明,均有抑藻活性。 此研究为开发具有专一、高效、无毒杀菌剂开阔了美好前景。
Plants can release chemical substances which can affect the growth of other plants. This is the phenomenon of allelopathy among the plants.Advanced aquatic plants can release phytotoxin to inhibit the growth of algae, which can be used as a pathway to control the eutrophication of waters. Extracts of Eichhornia Crassipes Solms were studied . Five substances was isolated and identification by GC - MS. Each of them showed inhibition to the growth of algae through a series of testing methods.The study will lead to a bright future in developing (exploition) a special purpose, high performance and nontoxic algaecide.
