摘要
目的通过检测肝细胞肿瘤(HCC)患者癌组织中HBx基因探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)在 HCC中的重要性。方法根据HBx基因DNA序列设计引物,采用特异性聚合酶链式反应(PCR) 对31例病理确诊并经手术切除后的HCC患者癌组织进行了检测,同时采用PCR方法检测了同一 患者血清HBV DNA。结果PCR显示31例HCC患者癌组织中HBx基因和血清中HBV DNA 的阳性率分别为77.4%(24/31)和32.3%(10/31)。结论HBx基因片段广泛存在于HCC患者癌 组织中并且在癌细胞中可能存在整合。
Objective in order to explore the significant roles that hepatitis B virus(HBV) plays in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) , the HBx gene in the tissue of HCC patients is examined. Methods According to the DNA sequence of the HBx gene, 3' specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is applied to examine the 31 patients' tissues whose tumors have been surgically excised and pathologically diagnosed, and to examine the HBV DNA in the serum. Results The positive rates of HBx gene in the 31 patients' tissues and the HBV DNA in the serum are 77. 4 % (24/31) and 32. 3 % (10/31) respectively. Conclusions The HBx gene exists in the tissues of HCC patients in a wide range. There may be an integration of the HBx gene in the genome of liver cells.
