摘要
本文阐述了ＭＲＰＩ作用机制，分析了影响其实施应用效果的诸多因素，将其归结为人员、教育、管理、实施四种关键因素。
The function mechanism of M
RP II is elaborated. The effective factors of implementing MRP II are analyzed,
and they are summed to the four key factors of staff, education, management and
implementing, the control strategies of the key factors are discussed.
