摘要
河鲀鱼内脏、血液中含有的剧毒,曾夺去无数的生命,致人们对河鲀鱼望而生畏。长期以来,使得这一宝贵的资源得不到充分的利用。本文简要介绍了河鲀鱼的食用与医用价值,国内、外研究与利用现状及如何利用我省海域的河鲀鱼资源。
Swellfish (Fugu abe)are poison fish of this kind that may cause people who eat them improperly todie. For the reason, selling and eating Swellfish have been banned in some regions of our country. But in Japan, Swellfish is highly valued as delicious seafood and its poison is well used in medicine. This paper mainly introduces how to make best use of the swellfish and how to target them.
