摘要 本文报道了用紫海胆人工苗种在虾池挂笼吊养的紫海胆人工养殖试验,提出鲜海带是紫海胆养成期的合适饵料和仅2m水深的虾池不合适养殖紫海胆等观点,指出养殖水温不宜高于30℃。本实验在正常的环境条件下,养殖成活率都在95%以上。受精后2a最大个体壳径44mm。 An experiment on artificially culturing Anthocidaris crassispina was carried out, in which the artificial-culture young urchins were reared in the cages suspended in the ponds. It can be concluded that the fresh Laminaria japonica is an idea food for urchins during their growth period, and the ponds 2m deep are not suitable for urchin culture. It was also advised that the water temperature in the ponds is not more than 30℃. During the experiment, the survival rate in normal environment was more than 95%. Since the fecundation, the young urchins have been reared for two years and shell diameter of the biggest individual among them can reach 44 mm.
