摘要
计划经济下我国给排水事业一直被作为政府提供的社会福利事业 ,福利性水价诱发了大量水资源浪费 ,使水资源的保护失去经济动力。水工业是进入社会主义市场经济条件下 ,融给水排水为一体 ,并按整体运营的一个崭新的企业形式 ,水工业以水科学与工程作为学科体系支持。
In the planned economy, water supply and drainage was social welfare project sponsored by the government, the welfare water price resulted in the waste of water, and the loss of the protection motive. Water industry is to integrate water supply and drainage in the socialist market economy and be operated in an integrated method. Water industry as a science system is based on water conservancy and engineering.
