摘要
本文介绍了一种井下控制工具的结构、工作原理、主要技术参数、应用工艺和现场应用情况。该工具采用液压控制,在井下能成功实现关闭-开启-关闭过程,和通过钢丝投捞来实现开关的控制工具相比,具有操作简单的优点。KSL-100水力开关滑套应用于机械卡封、找堵水一趟管柱和选层酸化等作业中,能简化管柱结构、降低作业难度和作业成本,提高作业效率。至今已在现场近五种工艺措施中成功应用30余井次。
The structure,working principle,main technique parameter,application process and result of a kind of down- hole control tool__KSL-100 hydraulic pressure drive sliding sleeve,are introduced in this paper.This tool con- trolled by hydraulic pressure can fulfill off-on-off process downhole successfully.Compared with those tools con- trolled by wire pulling and running,it has the advantage of easy operation.It can be used in the operations such as machine plugging,water detecting and plugging,and selective formation acidizing.The structure of string and op- eration procedure can be simplified,operation cost reduced,and operation efficiency improved by the use of this tool.So far,it has been used in 5 kinds of technological measures more than 30 wells successfully.
