罗氏变换器的实用电路

摘要 正输出罗氏变换器是用电压举升技术开发的具有高功率密度、高效率和简易价廉结构的变换器。它能完成从正到正的DC-DC升压变换。具有输出电压高、纹波小等优点。因此,这种变换器被广泛地应用于计算机外围设备和工业应用上,特别是高输出电压场合。为了在低输入电源电压时,保证罗氏变换器的高功率转换效率,本文对参考文献[1]所介绍的正输出罗氏变换器电路作一点补充,介绍一些具有高功率转换效率,对高、低输入电源电压都适用的罗氏变换器实用电路。 The postisive output Luo-Converter is developed by employing the advanced voltage lift technique. The converter performs positive to positive DC-DC voltage increasing conversion with high power density,high efficiency and cheap topology in simple structure. It possessws many advantages such as high output voltage, small ripples. Therefore, the converter has been widely applied in computer peripheral equipment and industrial applications,especially for high output voltage projects. In order to ensure the Luo-Converter still has the high power transfer efficiency when the input voltage of power supply is low, the modifications are made to the original converter. In this paper, some modified Luo - Converters are presented. They have high power transfer efficiency for both high and low input voltage of power supply.
