摘要
双元”教学管理的目标是培养技术应用性人才；“双元”教学管理的核心是坚持“理论──实践”教学并重的原则；“双元”教学管理的关键是发挥“双师型”教师的教学主导作用。突出高职教育特色，探索“双元”教学管理对实现人才培养目标，达到人才培养规格是至关重要的。
The aim of two-eelment teaching management is to train technic-applying talents; the core of it is to uphold the principle of laying equal stress on both theory and practice teachig; the crux is to make the two-teacher tutors play the leading role in teaching. Protruding the characteristics of higher vocational edu- cation and exploring two-element teaching managemet are very important to realize the aim of talent training and reach the standard of talent training.
