项目管理信息系统应具备资源管理、计划管理、成本控制和项目监测等基本功能。而林业项目管理信息系统还具有监测指标多样,管理层次复杂,数据结构特殊,项目目标需求变动大等特点。制定林业项目管理信息标准,发展网络化传输系统和建立合理的管理制度是开发规范化林业项目管理信息系统软件的先决条件。
The basic functions for project management information system include resources management, plan schedule, cost control and project inspect etc. Besides the functions, the forestry management information system also has the characteristics such as multiplicity supervise index, complexity administrating levels, special data composition, project target changeable or alteration etc.. To develop the standardization software of forestry project management information system, it is prerequisite to establish forestry project administration information criterion system, put to use network transmission system and set up reasonable administration system.
