摘要
企业信息化是一个复杂的系统工程 ,利用互联网可改善信息交流的方式 ,获取产品和市场信息 ,进行客户关系管理 ,宣传企业形象 ,提高企业管理水平 ,改进企业流程 ,从而加快企业信息化进程 .文章给出了企业利用互联网的几种方式 ,并说明了利用互联网时应注意更新观念。
For an enterprise, informatization is a complex system engineering. Through Internet, an enterprise can improve the way of information circulation, receive information of product and market, manage client relation, publicize corporate identity, enhance the level of management, improve the process of enterprise, and speed up the progress of enterprise's informatization. This paper introduces some methods of utilizing Internet in enterprise, and points out some noticeable problems in this process, such as upgrading concept, reinforcing management.
