摘要 海洋微生物资源的生物多样性及其所产生生物活性物质的特异性,决定了海洋微生物作为生物活性物质产生菌的潜力是十分巨大的.海洋微生物产生了大量不同于陆生生物的生物活性物质,这些生物活性物质可以作为重要的海洋药物资源.目前研究结果表明,海洋微生物所产生的生物活性物质主要包括毒素、新型抗生素、抗肿瘤药物、不饱和脂肪酸、酶、酶抑制剂、维生素等.作者综合国内外文献资料报道概括了海洋微生物及其生物活性物质的研究现状,并对今后研究发展进行展望. Because of the varieties of the marine microorganism resource and the specificities of the bioactive substances produced by marine microorganisms, the marine microorganisms are of a great potential to produce the bioactive substances. The marine microorganisms can produce many bioactive substances which are different from that produced by terrestrial organisms. These bioactive substances can act as the important resources of the marine medicine. Some studies confirmed that bioactive substances mainly include the toxins, new antibiotics, antitumoral agents, unsaturated fatty acids, enzyme, enzyme inhibitors, vitamins etc. In this dissertation, the current development and researches status of the marine microorganisms and the bioactive substances from marine microorganisms were summarized according to the studies and references in China and abroad. It also looked into the future of researches and development of the marine microorganisms and the bioactive substances.
