摘要
以水为溶剂,过硫酸盐为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)、次磷酸盐为原料合成了新型膦基磺酸共聚物阻垢剂ASP。考察了合成条件及外界环境对共聚物阻垢性能的影响。实验结果表明,ASP阻垢剂具有很好的阻CaCO_3垢和Ca_3(PO_4)_2垢能力和抗温抗碱能力。
A new phosphono sulfonate copolymer scale inhibitor ASP has been prepared from acrylic acid(AA),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid and sodium hypophosphite. It is initiated by persulfate salt in an aqueous solution. The effects of synthetics conditions such as the ratio of monomers, the amount of sodium hypophsphite, the amount of initiator, reaction temperature and reaction time on ASP's scale inhibiting performance. The effects of external factor have been tested. The results show that the ASP is a good scale inhibitor for CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2.
