Such distinctive factors in each specific area as history, geogrophy, humanism and economy will naturally form its specific art atmosphere. The unified planning space design and architectural design in this area will directly impact thenature and appearance of thisarea. The public art works design of a specific area should be in accordance with the uniquenature of this area, should becomean effective supplementof planning and architecture and plays a role of enriching concrete imageof specific areas. The public art design should evade empty and non-intension urban beautified design, emphasize combination with natural rules, emphasizespecific spatialspirithistoricalpulse of digging and extending specific location, make human as the root and make the human experience and satisfying human mental demands as the final purpose. In brief,the public art design should respect nature, spatial spirit and human. The public art design in specific environmental atmosphere especially gives the first priority to respecting spatial spirit, makes the extension of cultural and spiritual world as the premise, then it’s to decorate and modify the public art and reasonably utilize design methods, and finally it’s to innovate the public art design so that spatial spirit can be reflected and the entirety and continuity of the public art design and specific art atmosphere will always be perforative in the whole process.
