摘要
利用自行设计的试验台对经饰面型防火涂料不同程度处理的木质板材的边沿点燃时间和中心点燃时间进行了试验,分析了影响边沿点燃时间和中心点燃时间的因素,提出了饰面型防火涂料已涂木质板材阻燃性能的评价指标,即边沿点燃时间和中心点燃时间。研究结果表明,边沿点燃时间和中心点燃时间对饰面型防火涂料已涂板材的涂料质量、施工工艺以及阻燃性能可以进行综合评价;边沿点燃时间可以用于辅助评价饰面型防火涂料质量状况,中心点燃时间可以对饰面型防火涂料施工工艺进行评价。
utilized the self designed experimental platform to carry on test on the border lighting time and center lighting time of the wooden panels which has been dealt by the veneertype fireproof coating in different fire-retardant degree, analyzed the factors that influence the border lighting time and center lighting time and put forward the appraisal index of the flame retardants of the wooden panel that have been scribbled with the veneer-type fireproof coating, exactly, border lighting time and center lighting time. It is indicated by research result that those two indexes could appraise the quantity, construction craft and flame retardants of the wooden panel that have been scribbled with the veneer-type fireproof coating; border light time could appraise the quantity situation of the paint, center light time could appraise the construction craft of the paint.
