摘要
我国当代家族企业经历了20多年的发展,对经济增长和社会发展做出了巨大贡献。然而,随着家族企业规模的逐步扩大,家族企业在初创阶段所具有的优势逐步转化为劣势。通过对家族企业不同发展阶段的优劣势进行比较,可以看出家族企业实现企业制度变迁、走社会化发展道路是顺应历史规律的选择。
The family-run enterprises in China have contributed greatly to our economic growth and social development during the 20 years' development. However, with their development and expansion, the advantages of the family-run enterprises at the initial stage have gradually changed into disadvantages. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages at the different developing stages, the author points out the large-scaled family-owned enterprises in China will inevitably experience system transfer and socialization.
