摘要
以Pro/E为平台,以VC++编译工具,结合工厂实际情况开发出产品数据管理系统,实现对模具产品的高效管理,形成产品数据框架;同时对零件及对应模具动模和定模特征和尺寸关系进行了分析,并设计了参数化设计程序,实现人机交互式的参数化设计,大大减少设计工作量,提高设计效率.
With the Pro/E as the platform and VC＋ ＋ as the edit tool, the design combines with the product data management menu developed in the factory to realize the highly efficient management of the model products and create the frame of the products data. The components, the features and the size relations of the model inserted piece are analyzed, and the parameterized design programm is established to realize the computer-personal parameterized design. Thus it can significantly reduce the working quantity and promote the design efficiency.
