会计市场的竞争主要是人才的竞争熏加入世贸后,对会计人才提出了更高的要求,会计人才具备了市场化的特征和理论基础。因此,运用市场规律对会计管理体制进行必要的改革势在必行。
The competition in accounting market is mainly the competition of talents. Since China entered the WTO, it puts forward higher request to accounting personnel. Accounting talent has the character and theory of marketing. so it is necessary to reform accountant management system using market rules.
