摘要
提高政府公信力既是深化政府管理体制改革的重要目标,也是构建和谐社会的一项基础工程。生态文明概念的提出,为提升政府公信力提供了一个新的视角。从生态文明的视角来看,当前导致我国政府公信力下降的因素包括政府行为失误、政策导向偏差及错误的发展观等。而生态文明语境下政府公信力提升政府公信力的路径选择包括:完善制度建设,建设法治政府;建立有效的政府问责机制,建设责任政府;建立生态环境信息公开机制,建设透明政府。
Elevating public trust in government is not only one of the important targets of deepening the administrative system reformation, but also the foundation of constructing harmonious society. The theory of ecological civilization gives a new perspective to elevating government＇s public credibility. From the perspective of ecological civilization, the factors that caused the declining of public trust in government are the following： the errors in government＇s behaviors, the discrepancy in policy orientation and incorrect view for development, etc. And the choices of elevating government＇s public credibility include the following： perfecting the law system to build a legal government; establishing an effective mechanism of performance - auditing for government officials to build a responsible government; erecting the system of ventilating ecological information to build a transparent government.
