壮族传统体育文化源远流长,内容丰富,富有民族特色和生活气息。研究壮族传统体育文化的美学,有利于提高传统体育的艺术性、技巧性和竞赛性,对于进一步在壮民中推广普及,提高体质起到积极作用。
With its ethnical features and living flavour,the traditional sports of Zhuang Nationality has a long history and abundant contents.The research strengthens on the esthetics of the traditional athletics of Zhuang Nationality,which will benefits the art,technique and contest of the traditional athletics and promotes actively its popularization among Zhuang people and the improvement of their physique.
