摘要
结合具体工程实例,从渗漏方面论述了目前住宅建筑中飘窗存在的一些通病,探讨了这些问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的措施,以避免和防止这些现象的发生,从而确保住宅建筑的工程质量。
Combining with examples, the paper illustrates some common diseases of fluttered windows in nowadays residential buildings from the seepage, explores reasorks for these problems, and points out some needed measures to avoid and prevent these problems, so as to guarantee the project quality of residential buildings.
