摘要
本文介绍了一种在机床备有的挂轮中快速进行挂轮计算的新方法。该方法在综合计算法和查表法的基础上,通过变换挂轮的换置公式,设计简易挂轮表来进行。应用这种方法计算挂轮时计算速度快,挂轮精度高,可在生产实际中推广使用。
The paper introduces a new method used for fast calculation of the hanging wheel equipped in machine tools.Based on the method of the comprehensive calculation and checking diagram,this method is used to design a simpler diagram of hanging wheels by changing the converting formula of hanging wheels.With this method, we can acquire a higher speed and precision and obtain a wider application in production.
