摘要
在教唆犯独立性质基础之上,通过对教唆犯的特殊形态,即共犯形态、未完成形态、罪数形态的探析,力求在此问题上形成一个具有内在联系的统一体系。
Based on the detached attribute of abettors, the article analyzes the abettors' three special forms including joint crime, suspended crime and crime quantity and tries to be systematic as far as this matter is concerned.
