摘要
保鲜技术是食品加工过程中必要的工序之一,也是当今食品行业研究的热点。本文从查阅文献、实地考察等方式对保鲜技术的发展现状进行了综合研究。
Technology of keeping fresh is a necessary working procedure in food processing,so its study is a hot porint in today social.Through author′s looking up documentary,inspecting practically and so on,finish the synthesize study on keeping fresh.
