摘要
从食用菌实体经热水浸提,去蛋白乙醇沉淀,离心,SpehadexG75柱层进一步纯化,得到多糖纯品,不同种类食用菌多糖含有不同的多糖组分,是重要的生物反应调节剂,而且抗肿瘤作用的研究日益增多,其增强机体的免疫功能,无毒性等特色,是一种较好的“扶正培本”的抗肿瘤药物。其抗体机理各具特点。
The food fungi polysaccharide is got after food fungi fruiting bodies are washed,extracted by hot water,then get rid of protein and precipitated by alcohol,isolated by column chromatography.Different kinds of fungi polysaccharide contains different kinds of elements of polysaccharide,and it is an important biology reaction control does.The increasing study on its function of health care shows that it can enhance immunity function.
