摘要
文中主要针对目前我国中小企业的发展现状,分析其实施人力资源管理外包的主要优势,并研究中小企业在人力资源管理外包过程中存在的潜在风险,在此基础之上提出中小企业实施人力资源管理外包的策略。
Based on the current development of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper main analyzes the advantages and illustrates the risks of human resources management outsourcing. Then discusses specific strategies of applying human resources management outsourcing appropriately to t small and medium-sized enterprises.
