摘要
图书馆的读者服务工作就是组织读者利用图书馆资源的各项活动,它在图书馆与读者之间起着桥梁和纽带的作用。本文从高职院校的特点出发,围绕组织馆藏、读者教育、提高读者服务工作水平三个方面对高职院校图书馆的读者服务工作进行了探讨。
In a library,the work of serving readers is all kinds of activities that demand readers to make use of the library resources,and its function is to build links between readers and libraries.According to colleges' characteristics and three aspects in collecting books,educating readers and improving the serving standards,this article is to study how to serve the readers better.
