摘要
介绍了国库集中收付制度的基本涵义及该制度的运作模式,论证了我国建立财政国库收付制度的必要性和可行性,并对我国建立该制度的原则、设想及应确立的相关措施提出了见解。
The essay,by introducing the basic meaning of concentrated collecting and payments of national treasary and its mode of operation system,proves necessity and feasibility of setting up the system of finicial receipts and payments of national treasury in our country, and also puts forward the opinion on principles of setting up the system, imaginations and relevart measures that should be established in our country.
