摘要
对社会整体利益产生不利的企业道德失范行为,虽然有其产生的经济学原因及必然性,但可以通过企业家长期经营理念的树立,企业对其声誉的重视,提高违规企业面临的惩处成本,使企业的道德失范行为得到一定程度的遏制,更有利于整个社会经济的有序发展。
Immoralities of enterprises that will undermine the whole interests of society are generated from some economical causes and necessities.Anyway,it can be restrained by setting the long-term management ideology of entrepreneurs,thinking highly of the enterprises'reputations,and raising the punitive damages as to pave the way for orderly developing the whole social economy.
