摘要
运用ANSYS有限元软件分析了端板连接中高强度螺栓栓杆两端的应力集中问题,通过分析发现受拉区螺栓在端板一侧的受力状态相对于柱翼缘一侧更为不利。建议在施工安装中将螺栓头置于端板一侧,可以减少最不利位置的应力集中。
Through an analysis by ANSYS on stress concentration at both ends of bolts in structural steel end-plate connections,a conclusion can be drawn that the bolts at the side of the end-plate in the pulled area suffer more force than those at the side of the column flange.The author suggests that when fixing steel end-plate connections we should better put the heads of the bolts at the side of the end-plate so that to decrease stress concentration at the most dangerous position.
