摘要
目的找出社区卫生保健的工作重点。方法通过入户调查、查阅医院病历等方法,对潍坊社区2005年常住人口的死亡率及死亡原因进行全面分析。结果潍坊社区2005年前五位死亡原因依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、内分泌营养代谢疾病。结论社区卫生保健须重点研究工业化和城市化给健康带来的负面影响;进一步做好优生优育工作,减少先天异常的发生率;提高老年人的卫生保健意识。
Objective Points out the key point of community medical care.Methods Through the investigation of the residents in 2005,and look for the hospital medical records.Then analysis the resident population mortality rate and the cause of death carries on the comprehensively.Results Before 2005,the five cause of death in Weifang community for thecirculatory system disease is the tumor,the respiratory system disease,damages and is poisoned,the endocrine nutrition metabolism disease. Conclusion The community medical care should emphasis on the key research about the influence of industrialization and urbanization which brings to the human being;Further completes theoptimum methods of child-bearing and child-rearing work, reduces thecongenital unusual formation rate;Raises the senior citizen’s consciousness of medical care.
