摘要
采用ANSYS耦合单元对压力管道焊缝残余应力进行了优化分析,得到了预热和焊接速度对焊缝残余应力的大小和分布的影响:对试件进行预热可以降低焊接残余应力;较快的焊接速度也可以降低焊接残余应力。该优化分析为进行实际焊接过程提供了指导,为焊接前节省了大量实验时间。实际焊接过程中也验证了计算机模拟的结果和最后焊接后实测的结果比较一致。
In this paper, a parameterized finite element model of the head conduit is established by coupled field elements of ANSYS. With the model, welding residual stress analyses for the head conduit are carried out. And the influences of preheating treatment and welding speed on the value and the distribution of welding residual stress are investigated: preheating treatment and higher welding speed can reduce the value of welding residual stress. This method has good direction for the optimization of welding technology, which the experiment time can be saved before welding. The simulation results have good agreement with the experiment results.
