The Elevating of Business Culture in the New Century: An Issue of Social Responsibilities Shouldered by Businesses

摘要 在肯定社会契约理论是企业社会责任元理论的前提下,从更紧密的相关性阐述了道德情操理论、利益相关者管理理论、企业伦理学理论对于企业社会责任的支撑作用。在比照国际大公司实施社会责任经验的背景下,概述了浙江官商学三界在这方面的探索和实践,提出了宜用企业责任替代"企业公民"的个人观点。在回顾国际著名企业理念的同时,集中论述了从长期沿用企业的"社会效益"到认可"企业社会责任"概念,是我国现代商业文明的世纪提升。 Given that the Theory of Social Contract is the metatheory for businesses'social responsibilities, the principles of moral code, the theory for the management by people concerned and the theory of business ethics can all be a support for businesses' social responsibilities. With reference to how international mega businesses shoulder their social responsibilities, this paper gives an account of how Zhejiang's official, commercial and academic circles have explored and practiced in this area and argues that businesses'responsibilities should replace "business citizens". Based on the ideas advocated by famous international businesses, the idea of "social efficiency" evolving into the concept of "businesses' social responsibilities" marks an elevation of modern Chinese business culture.
