摘要
在市场经济体制改革不断深入的背景下,国有企业工会在职能上出现了种种不适应的现象,本文在抽样调查和访谈的基础上,分析了国有企业工会在职能上出现的代表职能、组织职能、维护职能、监督职能等方面出现的问题,以及这些问题产生的市场的、制度的和思想的原因,并提出完善这些职能的对策建议。
As the deepening of restructuring of economic systems,the SOE union’s functions could not adapt to the restructure.This paper analyzes the problems of representative function,organizing function,maintenance function, supervision function,etc.as well as the market,system and thought reasons through questionnaires and interviews. The author also raises some solutions to perfect these functions.
