摘要
本文对药品招标采购政策从设计之初的社会背景,到实施的过程再到实施的效果的整个过程进行系统性评价,总结这一政策对我国卫生体制改革的作用。
This article evaluates systematically on the pharmaceutical tender biding policy from its beginning to its executive procedure and to its ultimate outcome, and further finds out the determinants in each stage. Consequently, the effects of this policy have been given out on health reform in China.
