Rap1 and SPA-1 in hematologic malignancy:Review

摘要 Rapl(Ras-proximate 1)是 Ras 家族 GTP 酶中的一员,其在调节细胞增生和黏附中有重要作用。经研究发现,Rapl 和它的调节子 SPA-1在恶性血液病的发生及发展中起到一定的作用,现就其作用机制及研究现况作一简要概述。 Rapl is a member of the Ras family of GTPase,has an important role in the regulation of proliferation or cell adhesion.There are several studies show that Rap1 and its regulator,SPA-1,maybe play a role in the initiation and progression of the hematologic malignancy,now we will give you the brief introduc- tion about the study and the mechanisms of the Rap1 and SPA-1 gene in the hematologic malignancy.
