摘要
为了解决昌吉市多年来的防洪问题,加大对昌吉市的滨河道路、绿化景观及空间整体景观建设的综合整治力度,通过社会公益建设和开发并举的战略,充分发挥水资源的综合效益,为昌吉市民提供一个集防洪、生态、自然山水、人文历史为一体的滨水景观公园,改善昌吉市城市环境及面貌,提升昌吉市的品位,促进昌吉市的经济发展。
The comprehensive improvement in construction of riversides road,planted and spatial landscape in Changji city were intensified in order to solve the flood protection.The strategies of social construction and development were both used and the comprehensive effects of water resources in riverside were put into fullplay in order to provide a riversides landscape park which contains flood protection function, ecology,natural landscape and human history.At last,the urban environment and features should be improved,the urban quality be promoted and the economic development be upgraded in Changji city.
