摘要
聊城运河借水行舟是劳动人民的重大创造。在近代聊城运河的治理上,由于清末满清政府及民国政府无所作为,聊城境内的运河,基本停运畅通的也就是临清向北的运河。当时临清的地理位置和繁荣的航运经济也因而因此对近代聊城的经济发展起到了一定的推动作用。
Sailing a boat with the help of the current in Liao-cheng Canal is one of the important creations of the people.But because of the incompetence of harnessing in the Qing Dynasty and Republic of China,only the section in Lin-qing District is unblocked in the whole canal.The prosperity of Lin-qing canal promoted the development of Liao-cheng's economy in the modern times.
