摘要
采集并测定了4家3星、4星级宾馆厨房间12种具有代表性的PAHs。分析其污染特征及影响因素。结果表明,12种PAHs浓度为10.3~21.6μg/m3,bap浓度为0.1~0.4μg/m3。厨房工作人员日均PAHs吸入量为21.6~45.4μg,其中bap为0.2~0.9μg。PAHs污染程度与进餐人数、所使用油烟净化设备效率有关,后者为决定因素。
Air samples from three or four-star hotel kitchens were collected and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) were analyzed with pollution characteristics,and the effecting factors were also investigated.The monitoring results showed that the total 12 PAHs concentration were 10.3~21.6μg/m3,of which the concentration of bap was 0.1~0.4μg/m3.Workers in the kitchens breathed in 21.6~45.4?μg PAHs,including 0.2~0.9μg bap per day.The degree of PAHs pollotion had a relation with the quantities of customers and the efficiency of fume hoods,the latter was a decisive factor.
