摘要
酒钢中板轧机热分断剪推尾缸液压系统经常出现冲击抖动、管路泄漏,甚至造成胶管涨裂,严重影响系统的稳定性和安全性。主要从液压冲击的产生机理出发,有针对性地进行具体的数据分析,最终证明该系统在耐冲击性方面存在明显的缺陷,并提出改进措施,实践证明很好的解决了这一问题。
The hydraulic impact and flutter,pipeline leakage and rubber tubing break often appear in the hot breaking shears push-off tail-end cylinder system of the Jiusteel medium plate mill so that the stability and reliability of the system are badly influenced.This paper proved that the system has obvious deficiency at resistance to impact via researching hydraulic impact mechanism and analyzing the system data,and then the corrective measure was advanced in the paper.The measure was proved to be very valid to solve the problem.
