The core specifications of RoHS directive were summarized and the core contents of RoHS Enforcement Guidance Document were discussed.The basic principle,enforcement flowchart,RoHS compliance technical document,self-declaration and its application were stressed.Sampling and testing issues,the certification of RoHS compliance were also reviewed.
