摘要
分析和计算了双尾纤的装配精度对保偏准直器保偏性能的影响,指出双尾纤端面“猫眼”的垂直度是主要影响因素.基于计算机视觉原理,通过CCD摄像机、图像采集卡,采集双尾纤端面的图像,建立了“猫眼”垂直度的检测模型.由VC编程对图像进行处理,实现了“猫眼”垂直度的检测,检测精度可达0.5°.该方法已在保偏双光纤准直器工业装配中得到应用.
This paper analyzed how the packaging accuracy of the dual pigtail affects the polarization capability of the polarization-maintaining collimator and pointed out that the cat eyes' perpendicular degree of the dual pigtail is the main factor. Based on the computer sight,the end image of the dual pigtail was collected by CCD camera,and the examination model of the cat eyes' perpendicular degree was established.Finally,the image processing was achieved with VC program and the cat eyes' perpendicular degree was examined.The examination precision is (0.5) degree.This method has already applied to the industrial packaging.
